Pathways
Scale routes to awareness and impact
Our Pathways build awareness of the essential digital skills gap through sector leadership, place-based delivery and targeted support for SMEs and people not in work, turning it into action at scale.
Our Enablers work tackles the most urgent systemic barriers to progress. We help employers understand their digital skills journey and curate practical tools and resources so organisations can act quickly to support working-age adults build the essential digital skills for work.
As the leading authority on workforce digital skills, campaigning is core to our strategy. Working with industry and policy makers, we use powerful data and storytelling to frame the issue and make the case to close the workforce digital skills gap.
Uniting a cross-sector community to accelerate progress
Our convening power brings our community together with clear direction and shared measures for coordinated action. We provide the infrastructure for collaboration that allows organisations to drive progress.
Our delivery plan community convenes a diverse group of individuals representing a cross-sector coalition of organisations committed to national action to the close the workforce digital skills gap, including the below.
