Delivering large-scale social change requires a clear vision and a bold plan.

2024 saw significant progress, but there are still over 20 million people without the digital essentials. 2025 is about designing approaches that reach people at scale.

This year, FutureDotNow will pursue four strategic priorities, continuing what works and testing new routes to help people build digital skills for work.

If you’d like to be involved in any aspect of closing the workforce digital skills gap, you can register your interest here.

Strategic priorities

FutureDotNow will continue to campaign to secure attention on the need to supercharge essential digital skills in working age adults. We will work to influence business action, public policy and, ultimately, individual behaviour. Find out more.

FutureDotNow will continue to set clear direction and focus on sustaining an environment that makes it easy for members to participate and drive change. We are providing sustainable coordinating capability, with shared measures. Find out more.

Building on workstream activity in 2024, we continue to identify and develop solutions that allow us to address systemic barriers. Find out more.

We are also building a framework for scale impact, establishing multiple touchpoints to reach working-age adults without workplace digital essentials. Find out more.
