The GeekPack® mission is to empower adult learners, especially those who have experienced barriers to access, with in-demand, transferable digital skills to grow their careers and businesses and thrive in an increasingly tech-focused world.

Our Partners Programme maximises that impact through partnerships with employers and mission-driven organisations to deliver personalised, community-supported, relevant training opportunities beyond the limits of any one organisation’s internal capacity – while centering their identity, resources, and company culture.

Our curated digital skills trainings, coaching, and mentoring reach a variety of skill levels. We offer learning paths on a wide range of in-demand, marketable digital skills relevant to building a business, gaining employment, working remotely, and upskilling in the workplace.

We can create customised digital skills learning paths beyond those offerings and provide additional Technical Assistance with:

• Custom data reporting
• Participant surveys
• Micro-credentials
• Co-branded marketing
• Collaborative Partnerships for Grants

Access to content is at an all time high but between overwhelm and isolation, it’s still leaving people behind. Our community-supported e-learning model is built around these core resources, layered together for high learner engagement and accountability:

• Learning Paths – clear, topic-specific pathways of on demand video content from industry and subject matter experts curated by our team to be manageable, relevant to community need, and up to date.
• Facilitated Live Cohorts – facilitator-led live sessions to guide learners through the material, engage in discussions, and demonstrate real world applications. Access to replays for review and asynchronous participation are included.
• Dedicated Virtual Community – participants have access to an online community platform where they can ask questions, learn from each other, find accountability and encouragement, and explore additional resources.

BONUS: Access to an additional library of top-rated courses taught by real-world experts from Udemy Business that can be explored for the duration of the program.
