Health and Care sector signatories of the Workforce Digital Skills Charter
The Health and Care sector team is focused on strengthening engagement across NHS, adult social care and independent providers, scaling awareness and action. A key priority is converting interest into commitment by growing Charter signatories and embedding digital capability as a workforce priority.
The team will also focus on translating early employer‑led activity into scalable, repeatable approaches, sharing learning across the sector and supporting organisations to embed essential digital and AI skills in workforce strategies and service delivery.
